If you are missing any items at the time of delivery, please speak with your driver before you sign for the order. Your driver can remove the charge from your invoice on the spot.
Please make sure to always thoroughly check your delivery before signing for it, as the signature is confirmation that you are accepting what you have received.
Once you’ve signed and your driver has left, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to help you out.
